Q. What are you practicing at the ashram, compassion or dispassion?

A. At the ashram we practice both compassion (we welcome people from all walks of life here and we take care of them and teach them the way of Yoga to get out of suffering- it takes a lots of compassion to take care and love people) and dispassion ( we focus at the same time on ourselves, our spiritual practices so that we can make ourselves strong to serve others, we do not get ourselves involved in wrong lifestyle, worldly desires or destructive habits)
